Durante una reuni\u00f3n con la Tercera Subcomisi\u00f3n Mixta de Presupuesto del Congreso, se destacaron las necesidades cr\u00edticas que el sistema judicial debe abordar para mantener una justicia eficiente y accesible para todos.<\/p>\n<h2>D\u00e9ficit Presupuestario y sus Implicaciones<\/h2>\n<p>Andreina Olmo, directora suplente de la Corporaci\u00f3n Administrativa del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pjud.cl\/\" rel=\"dofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Poder Judicial<\/a>, destac\u00f3 un <strong>d\u00e9ficit real cercano a los 18.000 millones de pesos<\/strong> en el presupuesto proyectado. Esta situaci\u00f3n obliga a una gesti\u00f3n cuidadosa de los recursos disponibles.<\/p>\n<h3>Formaci\u00f3n y Recambio de Jueces<\/h3>\n<p>Juan Enrique Vargas, director de la Academia Judicial, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o se implementar\u00e1n programas de formaci\u00f3n para jueces, con el objetivo de garantizar el recambio necesario y la implementaci\u00f3n de nuevas leyes.
