La Fiscal\u00eda Regional de Antofagasta ha presentado un recurso de apelaci\u00f3n ante la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pjud.cl\/corte-suprema\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Corte Suprema<\/a>, buscando revocar el fallo de la Corte de Apelaciones que declar\u00f3 ilegales las escuchas telef\u00f3nicas realizadas a Josefina Huneeus durante la investigaci\u00f3n del Caso ProCultura.<\/p>\n<h2>Fiscal\u00eda acusa sesgo pol\u00edtico en el fallo<\/h2>\n<p>El fiscal regional Juan Castro Bekios sostiene que el fallo posee un sesgo pol\u00edtico, lo que ha motivado al Ministerio P\u00fablico a hacer valer sus argumentos y pruebas ante la Suprema. Seg\u00fan Castro Bekios, la decisi\u00f3n de la Corte de Apelaciones ha causado un agravio significativo al Ministerio P\u00fablico, motivando esta nueva acci\u00f3n legal.<\/p>\n<h2>Cooperaci\u00f3n entre fiscal\u00edas para agilizar la investigaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Tras una reuni\u00f3n de coordinaci\u00f3n con la Fiscal\u00eda Regional de Coquimbo, liderada por el fiscal Patricio Cooper, se decidi\u00f3 transferir formalmente la investigaci\u00f3n a Antofagasta. Dos equipos de ambas fiscal\u00edas trabajan en el traspaso del c\u00famulo de antecedentes para continuar la indagatoria de la manera m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida y eficiente posible.<\/p>\n<h2>Detalles del caso de escuchas ilegales Huneeus<\/h2>\n<p>Las escuchas telef\u00f3nicas que involucran a Huneeus captaron una conversaci\u00f3n con el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gob.cl\/instituciones\/presidencia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Presidente Gabriel Boric<\/a>.
