Estos profesionales, mientras estaban bajo licencia m\u00e9dica, atendieron partos en cl\u00ednicas privadas, generando ganancias adicionales.<\/p>\n<h2>M\u00e9dicos bajo licencia m\u00e9dica operan en el sector privado<\/h2>\n<p>Durante una presentaci\u00f3n ante el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.senado.cl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Senado<\/a>, la contralora Dorothy P\u00e9rez inform\u00f3 que se descubrieron m\u00faltiples casos de m\u00e9dicos que, a pesar de contar con licencias m\u00e9dicas, realizaron labores en cl\u00ednicas privadas. Seg\u00fan P\u00e9rez, estos profesionales aprovecharon sus licencias para atender partos, incrementando as\u00ed sus ingresos personales fuera del marco regulado por el sistema p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<h2>Detalles del uso irregular de licencias m\u00e9dicas<\/h2>\n<p>El informe revel\u00f3 que se emitieron un total de 440 licencias m\u00e9dicas irregulares, lo que permiti\u00f3 a estos m\u00e9dicos atender un significativo n\u00famero de partos. En concreto, la cifra asciende a 710 partos distribuidos en 63 hospitales y cl\u00ednicas. En algunos casos, los m\u00e9dicos asistieron entre uno y tres partos durante el periodo de su licencia m\u00e9dica.<\/p>\n<h2>Implicancias y medidas a tomar<\/h2>\n<p>Este descubrimiento plantea serias preocupaciones sobre la \u00e9tica y la responsabilidad profesional dentro del sistema de salud chileno.
